another dream
I dreamt the house was full of water. A malfunctioning faucet had let in water up to my waist and the basement full. As I was swimming down to shut off the main, something happened. I blacked out, and woke up on the couch, and wondered if I had half drowned and been dragged to the couch by the Good Samaritan.
Looking around, I noticed everything was dry, and wondered if the same Samaritan had taken care of the flood and damage. It took a good long while to realize it had been a dream. I was naturally relieved to find everything OK. But it was taxing. I didn't feel rested.
But then, where is it written that dreams are supposed to constitute some kind of relief?
